Dear Organization,

The Breakfast Exchange Club of Gurnee is an all-volunteer service organization of men and women wanting to serve their community, develop leadership skills among our youth, promote Americanism and aid in the education and prevention of child abuse. Our club, chartered in 1985, serves the greater Gurnee / Warren Township area.

As we begin our 2009-2010 allocations process, part of our financial responsibility to our membership is to learn more about those organizations that have been identified as prospective recipients of Exchange donations and/or grants, of which your organization is one.

If you would like to be considered for a donation from Breakfast Exchange Club of Gurnee, please complete the enclosed application. If you feel additional information is warranted, please include it with your response to the application.

Please direct your response to the following address:

Breakfast Exchange Club of Gurnee
P.O. Box 494

Attn: Allocations Committee

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. I can be reached via phone at 847-596-5630 or by e-mail at pdagley@dist50.net.

On behalf of our members and friends, I thank you for your time and your input. Please submit your application as soon as possible. Recipients will be expected to attend one of our meetings later this spring to receive their check.
